For more than 30 years, I’ve worked across the film and video industry—from camera and editing to producing, directing, and leading creative teams. I’ve navigated many of the same career decisions filmmakers face today.
I’ve also spent more than a decade hiring and developing filmmakers. That gives me a perspective from both sides: what it takes to build a meaningful career and what organizations look for in the people they hire.

How do I choose between the Intensive, Accelerator, and Cohort?
The Intensive is ideal if you need focused guidance and a clear action plan. The Accelerator provides ongoing, personalized coaching and accountability. The Cohort offers a structured group experience alongside other filmmakers. We can discuss which approach makes the most sense during your free introductory call.
Can I organize my own Filmmaker Cohort?
Absolutely. If you have a group of 5–10 filmmakers interested in growing their careers together, we can discuss organizing a cohort. As the organizer, you’ll receive 25% off your individual enrollment. We’ll also make sure the program is a good fit for everyone participating.
Do you work with freelancers and full-time filmmakers?
Yes. Whether you’re freelancing, working on staff, or considering a different role within the industry, I can help you evaluate your options, strengthen your professional positioning, and develop a plan for your next career move.
Can my Strategy Intensive fee count toward the Career Accelerator?
Yes. If you enroll in the Career Accelerator within 14 days of your Strategy Intensive, your $350 payment can be credited toward the full $2,000 program price, leaving a balance of $1,650.
Can you work with a larger group?
Yes. In addition to individual coaching and cohorts, I offer customized workshops for groups of up to 24 people and speaking opportunities for larger audiences. Let’s talk about your group’s needs and determine the best approach.
