Experience Making Videos & Building the Teams Behind Them
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked in film and video as a filmmaker, producer, and director. Since 2015, I’ve also built and led an in-house film team; hiring and developing filmmakers, improving production workflows, managing resources, and working closely with organizational leadership.
That experience shapes how I consult: practical recommendations, clear priorities, and an understanding of what it takes to produce great work consistently.
