Questions
What is the Team Leader Strategy Intensive?
This is a 90 minute 1-on-1 coaching session where we address specific growth areas you identified in our introductory call along with anything that stood out in your assessment. You will receive a “next-90 days” activation plan within one week of our meeting.
The session costs $350 and will be made applicable towards the Team Leader Accelerator if you enroll within 14 days.
What is the Team Leader Accelerator?
This is the best way for you to accomplish your goals in a set period of time. It takes what we cover in a Team Leader Strategy Intensive and expands it to a 90-day private coaching program that includes 6 coaching sessions along with weekly career development assignments and a specified amount of email/voice support.
At the completion of the program you will receive a “next-90 days” roadmap to keep your momentum going.
The program costs $2,000. If you sign up within 14 days of completing the Team Leader Strategy Intensive, the cost drops to $1,650.
What is the Leader Cohort?
The cohort gives you the benefits of coaching while adding a community of leaders working through similar challenges. You’ll follow a structured eight-week program, with practical assignments, accountability, and guidance. It’s a different experience designed to help you learn, make decisions, take action, and build your career alongside others.
The cohort is part workshop, part coaching, part creative community. You’re building a network along with your career.
The Cohort costs $895.
What is “Find My Filmmaker”?
I will help your church, nonprofit, agency, or business identify the kind of filmmaker you actually need, define the role, evaluate candidates, and select the right person for your team.
I would be an independent advisor looking to help you find the best fit. Find My Filmmaker starts at $2,500
Can I put together my own group of people for a cohort?
Absolutely! You’ll get 25% off your individual price if you want to organize your own group with a minimum of 5 leaders (but no more than 10).
I still need to follow up with each attendee to make sure they are a good fit, but this is a great way to grow and lead together.
Can I hire you to work with my team?
Yes! We can do a Team Intensive Coaching Call, an on-site Team Strategy Consulting Day, workshops for up to 24 people, as well as talks relating to Leadership, Craft & Creativity.
